How Can We Help You?
Moving
Whether you are downsizing, relocating, moving on or just need a good, old-fashioned sort out, we can help. We provide logistical and practical support for a hassle-free move. You can pick and choose what suits you best.
Home Organisation
We will work to sort through the clutter of your house, shed, loft, utility room, wardrobe or workspace. We will remove any unwanted items and distribute accordingly by donation or auction. We will also give you good advice on storage solutions.
Home Staging
If you are struggling to sell your house, we can stage it ready for sale. Often people viewing property cannot see past clutter, personal items. We will help to declutter your home to create space and de-personalise your belongings, thereby giving a clearer idea of how the house could work for potential buyers.
Wardrobe Organising
We can go through your wardrobe together and sort your clothes into categories to keep, sell, repair, give to charity or to friends/family. By identifying what you have in your wardrobe and what you don’t need, we create a system where you are left with clothes that fit and you enjoy wearing. We can take away clothes that are going to charity.
Labelling
There is a better chance of things staying organised if it is labelled. Be it your Linen cupboard, Pantry, Larder, Playroom or Office. Our custom vinyl labels look smart and are practical.
Help For Executors
Have you been appointed as an Executor and need to clear a property? We can either stage or empty the property to render it market ready.
If the house needs a face lift, we can guide you. We have reputable painters and decorators, handymen, builders and plumbers, we will work with tradespeople on your behalf to achieve this. We can also help you find storage if required.
Selling Belongings
We will find the best way of distributing the contents of your house, be it one piece of furniture or the entire house full.
We have a working relationship with both John Foster who is a BBC Antiques Road Show specialist and Natalia Rawley who’s approaches selling pre-owned possessions exclusively on Instagram, with an innovative way to reach a wide audience of buyers. If you need advice on auction houses, we are able to suggest the best one for you.
